Beanstack is an online software that will help the Riverside County Library System facilitate our online reading programs, it is free and easy-to-use for all ages! Using this tool, you can track the books or minutes you read, participate in our programs, and get book recommendations. Once you join a program, log your activity and you can earn virtual badges, these will allow you to become eligible for prizes! GetSetUp is an online community offering live classes to older adults. It is for people who want to learn new skills, connect with others and unlock new life experiences. California residents (aged 50+) will have unlimited access to live classes offered here until the end of April 2024.
The partnership between the California State Library and GetSetUp concludes April 30th, 2024. Users will be given 30 days to choose a subscription, after which your account will automatically revert to a free “community only” subscription with limited access to classes. Keep the learning and engagement going by checking out the other online learning opportunities available through your public library.
