You will learn from eight simple lessons how to eat and stay healthy. Classes are on Thursdays and are free of cost!!!! Every week is a new lesson with different incentives; receive incentives like recipes, kitchen ware, an exercise band, exercise book, and recipe book. What you will learn? How to keep your family and yourself healthy and active, how to save money in the grocery store, how to select nutrient dense foods for better nutrition. Program Topic: Get Moving!, Portions, Plan, Shop, Save, Fruits & veggies: Half Your Plate, Make Half Your Grains Whole, Build Strong Bodies: Milk & Protein , Make A Change Celebrate!
